Azul occupies a hillside plot above the bay, with the Anti-Atlas mountains visible on clear mornings. The facade is perforated local limestone, casting geometric shadow patterns across the interiors throughout the day. At street level, a public courtyard connects the building to the surrounding neighborhood and hosts a monthly programme of talks and events.
