The Atlantic coast and the Mogador winds shape everything at Jebel. Low and horizontal, the building sits close to the ground rather than above it. Sixteen residences share a series of terraced outdoor spaces that step down toward the shoreline. Moroccan artist Youssef Ait Hmad produced the site-specific work installed across the communal levels.
